The ART SpiderJack 3 is a self-locking, multifunctional rope control device specifically designed for climbing on a moving double rope. It offers a dynamic yet secure climbing experience – combining precise descent control, low physical effort, and maximum safety.

Thanks to the direct rope path in front of the body, the rope can be advanced or shortened effortlessly with one or both hands – without generating unnecessary slack. The integrated swivel ensures optimal device orientation at all times, while an additional lower pulley absorbs the pulling forces from the rope, significantly reducing strain on your hands.

A standout feature is the finely adjustable thumb brake, which, in combination with the locking mechanism, allows for controlled and safe operation – even during rapid descents or two-person rescue scenarios. The housing is made of high-grade stainless steel, making the SpiderJack 3 extremely durable, resistant to side-loading, and highly reliable under stress.

With interchangeable brake pads, the device is compatible with a wide range of rope diameters from 11 to 14 mm and is suitable for both left- and right-handed users.
