Payment & Shipping

Shipping Information

Shipping is carried out with DHL or DHL Express. The relevant shipping costs, including any applicable surcharges, are shown to you directly during checkout.

Shipping within 24h
We ship fast by default! If you place and pay your order Monday to Friday by 14:00, the shipment is usually dispatched the same day (public holidays excluded) – provided all items are in stock and the order was not placed via advance payment. In rare exceptional cases, dispatch may be delayed.

Shipping within Germany
 DHL Parcel 5,90 € – delivery in 1–2 business days
DHL Express 14,90 € up to 10 kg, + 5,00 € for each additional 10 kg – delivery on the next business day by 12:00

Shipping within Europe
DHL Express 14,90 € up to 10 kg, + 5,00 € for each additional 10 kg – 2–4 business days

Addresses located outside the EU and the EFTA states cannot be supplied via the online shop. In this case, please contact us at shop@drayer.de

Bulky goods surcharge
For all parcels longer than 100 cm, we charge a bulky goods surcharge of 20 € per parcel for all shipping methods. If your order contains bulky goods, the surcharge will be shown and calculated automatically during checkout.

Remote area surcharge
For all delivery addresses located in a DHL remote area, we charge a remote area surcharge of 25 € per order for all shipping methods. If your address is in a DHL remote area, the surcharge will be shown and calculated automatically during checkout.

Customs clearance surcharge
For orders with a total value (incl. shipping) of over 1.000 € and delivery addresses outside the EU, we charge a customs clearance surcharge of 44,90 € due to the required customs declaration.
Import VAT and customs duties may also apply. We have no influence on the amount of these additional fees and charges. They are charged directly upon delivery by the parcel service or the freight forwarder.


The shipping cost models listed here apply to orders that reach us automatically via the online shop, and only subject to confirmation for orders placed by phone or e-mail.
All prices stated here include statutory VAT.

Payment on pickup
You come to our shop and pay for the ordered items directly on site.

Payment in advance
After processing your order we will send you a proforma invoice with all the information you need to transfer the total invoice amount. Please transfer to our bank account within 10 days. As soon as the full invoice amount has been received, we will ship your items. Please note that in case of a foreign bank transfer any fees have to be paid by the client.

PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your order quickly and securely via PayPal. When you choose PayPal you will be automatically redirected to PayPal.com during the order process. Your account will be debited directly through PayPal.

Credit Card
You can pay across Europe with the credit cards Visa or Mastercard. Your account will be debited after completing the checkout process.

Payment on account
Customers from Germany can conveniently pay on account (credit rating required). This applies to existing customers from the 2nd order and up to 1000 € value of goods. You will receive the invoice together with the delivery. By choosing this method of payment, you agree to pay the invoice amount within 10 days.

DRAYER GmbH reserves the right to exclude the payment method chosen by the customer in exceptional cases.
