DMM Tryggr Thimble Vario choking anchor

The DMM Tryggr Thimble Vario brings precision and flexibility directly to your anchor point. This adjustable choke anchor was specifically designed for working in both stationary rope systems (SRS) and moving rope systems (MRS). Thanks to the integrated Prusik loop, you can adjust the tool's length on site in next to no time to perfectly match the respective trunk circumference or crotch diameter. For an exceptionally secure fit, the system can also be wrapped around the trunk multiple times, with an end stopper preventing the loop from slipping. Once the job is done, the targeted stiffness of the end termination ensures that you can retrieve the anchor extremely easily and gently directly from the ground.

The design focuses heavily on protecting your equipment. Your climbing rope runs exclusively through the smooth stainless steel thimbles, while the robust, 6.5 mm thick polyester rope with a double-braid structure forms the anchor point. This completely eliminates wear-heavy textile-on-textile friction. To withstand the extreme demands of daily tree care operations, the safety-critical seams are sealed with a protective resin coating against abrasion. Furthermore, the high-contrast design in orange and pink ensures that you can spot the system instantly in the canopy and identify the correct end for retrieval at a glance. A permanent laser marking on the hardware not only facilitates your annual PPE inspection but also serves as a visual guide during retrieval.
