Petzl PANTIN right Foot Ascender

The Petzl PANTIN is a compact and efficient foot ascender that significantly eases rope ascents — especially when used in combination with other ascenders such as the CROLL or ASCENSION. It promotes an upright body position while climbing, helping you conserve energy and move more efficiently. From the very first steps, the rope can be pushed upward smoothly without interrupting your climbing motion.

Its robust construction features a toothed cam made of stainless steel, ensuring reliable grip even in harsh conditions such as wet, muddy, or icy environments. An integrated cleaning slot helps keep the rope free of debris. The abrasion-resistant straps are made from high-density polyethylene and can be quickly and easily adjusted using the DOUBLEBACK buckle. Thanks to its compact design, the PANTIN stays in place on your foot throughout the ascent without getting in the way or snagging. A simple backward movement allows you to disengage it from the rope at any time. An optional locking device is available to prevent accidental disengagement.

The PANTIN comes in two versions - for the left or right foot - and is compatible with rope diameters from 7 to 13 mm.
