For arborists who prioritize maximum efficiency and low weight, the DMM Vault with wiregate is the ideal choice. This extremely stable aluminum tool carrier was designed to keep your chainsaw or other equipment securely positioned and within easy reach on your harness. Unlike the locking version, the smooth-action wiregate allows for lightning-fast clipping of your gear without being slowed down by a locking mechanism. The flat design of the nose ensures fluid handling and prevents unnecessary snagging while working among branches.

Mounting the Vault to your climbing harness is achieved via a highly secure, two-part housing. Once you have positioned the Vault at the desired spot on your harness webbing, the red clamping wing is firmly attached to the main body using an Allen key screw. This ensures the carrier sits absolutely torque-resistant and slip-proof on your belt, significantly facilitating one-handed operation and the systematic sorting of tools on the integrated shelf. Despite its low weight, this tool hook boasts impressive breaking strength, making it a durable companion for the demanding daily routine in the tree canopy.
