Eder DaWinchi Friction Bollard

With the Eder daWinchi, you are bringing a true multi-talent into your tree care operations, taking your rigging efficiency to a whole new level. Developed by Dirk Lingens, this hybrid device combines the advantages of a classic lowering device with the power of a winch, allowing you to switch flexibly between controlled lowering and powerful lifting of loads. A particular advantage in daily operations is the directional drum, which enables functional changes without the hassle of rerouting the rope. You can operate the system either traditionally using the included drive rod or, for even greater convenience, utilize a high-performance cordless drill. Thanks to the clever mounting aid—an integrated steel nail—solo installation on the trunk is completely stress-free before finally securing the device with tension straps. For those committed to sustainable practices, the optionally available tree protection shield preserves the bark; however, please note that its use reduces the maximum safe working load by half.
