Kong BIG 8 Figure Eight

The Kong Big 8 is an exceptionally large-dimensioned figure-eight descender that offers maximum control through its prominent braking ears. These 'horns' effectively prevent the rope from accidentally slipping and allow for secure locking or the creation of a tie-off – ideal for light rigging work or rescue operations. Thanks to the extra-large central opening, even knots in the rope can pass through without difficulty, providing you with valuable flexibility in complex situations. Despite its robust design and high breaking strength, this aluminum device remains surprisingly light and impresses with precise handling for rope diameters of up to 16 mm.
